Job Title: Mental Health Professional (ACT Team)

Job Type: Full-time (Monday-Friday)

Pay: $50,000/year

Fellowship House is currently seeking a master’s-level clinician with at least two years of experience working with individuals with co-occurring disorders to join our Assertive Community Treatment Team (FACT) as a Mental Health Professional. Our internationally accredited FACT Team consists of a multidisciplinary group of mental health professionals who collaborate to deliver comprehensive treatment, rehabilitation, and support services - empowering it's members to achieve their goals. Responsibilities: 

  • Deliver integrated treatment for individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
  • Conduct substance use assessments, analyzing the relationship between mental health and substance use.
  • Assess and monitor participants' readiness for change and tailor treatment accordingly.
  • Perform outreach and engagement using motivational interviewing techniques.
  • Apply treatment strategies that align with each participant's stage of change readiness.

Requirements: 

  • Master's degree in Human Services field (social work, psychology, sociology, criminal justice, health education, etc.) OR a bachelor's degree with a Certified Addictions Professional (CAP) certification and two years experience working with the population (REQUIRED).
