Job Type: Full-time (Monday-Friday)
Pay: $19-20/hour

Fellowship House is currently seeking a compassionate and motivated professional to join our Forensic Multidisciplinary Team as a Forensic Case Manager. In this role, you will assist individuals determined by a court to be Incompetent to Proceed (ITP) or Not Guilty by Reason of Insanity (NGI) on a felony offense by linking them to appropriate services. Forensic Case Management is a rewarding position where you will have the opportunity to help court involved individuals diagnosed with mental illness through advocacy, connection to community resources, supportive problem solving and more.
Responsibilities:
- Support the restoration and enhancement of members’ skills and abilities to foster optimal independence within the community.
- Attend court hearings and prepare detailed reports on members’ progress toward treatment goals and compliance with court orders.
- Collaborate in the development of comprehensive service plans that address members’ needs, progress, and goals.
- Assist members in accessing necessary psychiatric and medical care.
- Help members secure safe and stable housing opportunities.
- Facilitate connections to Social Security Disability benefits and other essential resources.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in the Human Services field (Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Criminal Justice, Health Education, etc.) OR a Certified Recovery Peer Specialist credential through the Florida Certificate Board and one year experience with the adult mentally ill population (REQUIRED).
- A valid Florida driver's license and access to a vehicle.
