Job Description

Support the Clubhouse model, engage members as equals in activites, programs and decision making. Supervise staff (6), ensure compliance and committment to International Center for Clubhouse Development Standards, develop, maintain and coordinate all activites in Clubhouse. Formally evaluate documentation. Recruit new members for Clubhouse. Maintain and develop communications with community resources, mental health providers, potential referral sources, consumer groups and employers.

Skills / Requirements

Must be computer literate, familiar with the Adult Mentally Ill population and have some knowledge of the Clubhouse Model. Licensed preferred /Masters Degree in the Human services field required (2 years experience preferred).Must be willing to participate in 3 weeks out of state paid training.
