Fellowship House is seeking a highly qualified and licensed clinician to join our management team. This individual will have direct oversite of our Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR) program and Outpatient Therapy program, while also providing clinical oversight for our Targeted Case Management (TCM) program. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in a mental health discipline, a Florida license in Mental Health Counseling, Clinical Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy, and a minimum of two years of relevant experience.

Key Qualifications:

Master’s degree in mental health discipline required.

Florida license in Mental Health Counseling, Clinical Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy required.

Skilled in group and individual dynamics

Experience with psychiatric clients, rehabilitation, and supervision preferred.

Valid Florida driver’s license, availability of automobile, and proof of insurance required.
Certified Behavioral Health Case Management Supervisor credential through the Florida Certification Board preferred.

Responsibilities:

Assume leadership and responsibility for the supervision, management, organization, and leadership of the PSR, TCM, and Outpatient programs.

Directly supervise PSR Supervisors, Per-Diem Therapists, and assigned staff.

Manage employee scheduling, job performance, and periodic rating of employee effectiveness.

Ensure all documentation is prepared and maintained in compliance with contracting and regulatory agencies.

Participate in assessment/reassessment processes for PSR/TCM members.

Provide clinical guidance and recommendations for service-specific admissions assessments.

Facilitate Treatment Plan meetings and oversee timely submission of treatment plans.

Conduct orientation, training, and supervision for new and established PSR staff, Therapists, interns, aids, and volunteers.

Develop and maintain relationships in the business community.

Submit written reports of the department as required.

Share on-call responsibilities for the agency.

Be available for evening and weekend work as necessary.

Conduct periodic qualitative reviews of progress notes.

Oversee and report on program compliance for all conditional release members.

Ensure and monitor completion of Adult Care Food Program documentation.

Manage Prior Authorizations (PA) requests in a timely fashion.

Review and approve Cooperative Agreements, Optional State Supplementation applications, and other forms.

Assess members in crisis for Baker Act and provide clinical consultation to staff.

Participate in the Agency Quality Improvement Program.

Understand and contribute to team dynamics and results.

Salary: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
